DMCA Policy

At Medals.live, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may notify us by providing our designated agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on this site are covered by a single notification, a representative list (complete URLs to pages on Medals.live) of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of the notification containing the information as outlined above, we will process and investigate the claim and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

We may disclose the details of any DMCA claim received to the user who uploaded the content, including your contact information, in order to provide the user an opportunity to respond.

If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this section, your DMCA notice may not be effective.

Note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
